That's what, three Super Bowls now this season? At this rate, the Ravens will be working on One For the Thumb.

Jon, an NFC North Roundup should include a little blurb about each team and then give an overall analysis.

I don't care if it's even a smart-ass one about each team, I just don't like false advertising.

BTW- it's week 11, 6 more to go.

Here's an AFC North dilemma: Which AFC North team fanbase has it worst today?

Bengals and Steelers fans have to root for the Browns

Ravens fans are most likely rooting for the Bengals

Browns fans are just hoping to win an AFC North game

That's an easy one, Jon ...

Browns fans have it the worst ... they still have to root for the Browns.

B-b-b-b-b-but this is a passing league, Jon. Teams aren't supposed to run the ball.

I think the Browns are 1st in pass defense because teams just run all over them

Great, now I know the Steelers game plan when we play them Thursday. Ben will throw the ball 50 times.

I don't think Cundiff will be coming back next season

Nah, it kind of got away from them in the second half

The Browns are pathetic. Ravens fans and Steelers fans bust each other's balls ... but I can't even imagine what it feels like to be a Browns fan. There's nothing worth busting their balls over.

Since this thread is the AFC North roundup, I'll say this here ... the past two Steelers-Bengals games, I've had a completely different view of them compared to the past number of years. Without Ochostinko and a few other clowns, I found myself not hating them as much.

Here's my roundup on the AFC NORTH:

1. ratbirds: they might win ugly, but they win and even though they've lost a few games they shouldn't have this year, they are in the drivers seat and have a pretty favorable schedule (colts, @chargers, browns, @Cinci), and although there are two games I can see them losing - chances are the ratbirds finish 13-3 and win the AFCN, and a first round BYE.

2. STEELERS: This team has taken on the identity of their Offensive Coordinator - they're bi-polar. Having a few games this season that were closer than they should have been, losing to the ratbirds twice, and then having moments of brilliance (like yesterday's thumping of the bungals), teams have to BEWARE of the STEELERS down the stretch and in to the playoffs. The schedule isn't as favorable as the ratbirds (browns, @49ers, St. Louis, @Cleveland), yeah the game in in San Fran makes the difference, but none-the-less, the Steelers should end up 13-3/12-4 with the #5 seed in the playoffs, giving a favorable match up against the winner of the AFCW.

3. bungals: they've got a talented team, but they just aren't there yet. With an opportunity at the end of the season to stifle the ratbirds (yes I can see them winning that one at home), and end the season on a positive note. The bungals remaining schedule is bumpy (texans, @rams, cardinals, ratbirds), and the only thing saving them from being eliminated from the playoff is a tie-breaker over the titans. But with the schedule they could easily be eliminated before they even play the ratbirds. If they can keep this new nucleus of players together, they definitely can be a threat to the AFCN in years to come.

4. clowns: in a few words, they're done! And their schedule (@STEELERS, @cardinals, @ratbirds, STEELERS), doesn't bode well for them to have any positive highlights to end the season. Chances are they are looking at a high draft pick (AGAIN).
