I'm sure you're all aware of the situation.
Now that he has rejected the latest offer and that the Chargers issued a statement with the details of that offer, I can only conclude that his agency is ruining his career. Unbelievable to play hard ball like that before you even have played one minute in the NFL or even been at training camp.
I've searched what agency he has and it's a pretty big one, and they mainly focuse on the film industry with clients like Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Sharon Stone, Tom Cruise, George Clooney and Will Smith, but they have big names in the NFL as well: Eli Manning, Tony Romo and Adrian Peterson. Not sure what they want with this dispute.

Really Bosa is bringing it all on himself! Arrogant and insubordination.

This kid is making an ass of himself and his agents aren't helping him out any at all. They offered him almost as much money as Carson Wentz, that's plenty fair enough. He's alienating the front office, and his teammates, and missing out on practice time.

Looks like the Chargers blinked first?

NFL Network wrote:
The nitty-gritty details have yet to be announced, but NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported that Bosa inked a four-year, $25.8 million deal, per a source. The fully guaranteed pact comes with a $17 million signing bonus, per Rapoport, the largest upfront bonus installment in Chargers history for a veteran or rookie.
