Good article with lots of truth. This team could have very easily missed the playoffs playing down to so many teams levels overlooking teams and underperforming...

"Maybe Mike Tomlin should have taken more control of discipline to limit the distractions, instead of fueling the fire by talking about Round 2 rematches with the Patriots*. Maybe Tomlin should have taken blame for the play-calling in the final minutes against the Patriots* and Jaguars."

"Maybe a season that started with Super Bowl-or-bust bravado but ended with a playoff loss at home two games shy of the Super Bowl makes us wonder what was real and what was merely a mirage."

"When you lose, you leave a lot of maybes. When you win, you remove all doubt. Maybe this season of maybes will teach the Steelers a lesson."

These 3 maybes stick out to me but # 3 most. I don't think it did because Porter and Lake are still here.

Cold hard truths Todd Haley was the OC, the offense didn't play up to their potential, he is a bad in game play caller, he's a natural asshat, he got the job because of who is dad was to the Steelers.

Defense lost one and still missing a few pieces, defense looked better then they actually were, faced a few back up QBs and a few sorry offenses, need a FS who can anticipate where the QB throws on passing downs.

here is to the draft falling to the Steelers needs.

The past, the present, and the future walked into a bar. It was tense.
