August 16th Podcast - Thoughts on the Week 1 Preseason match up against the Detroit Lions, also my opinion on the idea that the Steelers should bring Michael Vick back into the fold, in light of Bruce Gradkowski's unfortunate hamstring injury.

Great one. I agree with your assessment of the Bell situation.
These guys continue to screw the fans, and wonder why we're pissed off at them. Not sure why you spent the amount you did for two tickets, I hope it's in the club level.

That's just the prices right now, they're sky high because of the team's success, and it's a rivalry game.

If you have any requests for a podcast topic of discussion guys be sure to hit me up! Just wanted to toss that out there! I'm also open to any questions anyone would like me to try and answer as well.

I know it's not really Steelers related but the whole Colin Kaepernick thing seems to all anyone wants to talk about lately...

In the interest of not pissing people off I think I'll just avoid that topic. It generates a discussion, surely, but people get a little too emotionally involved with that kind of thing.
What about Ladarious Green? He's a subject of interest to me and I have to think a few more of us.
I can definitely touch on that topic. Hopefully I can get some free time set aside to do a podcast!

New podcast. Sorry for the long wait, been very busy this year with a lot of adverse things going on in my life at the moment. Had some douchenozzle hit my brand new truck the night of the Cubs winning the World Series in a grocery store parking lot. Got it repaired but of course the douche that hit it ran off without leaving a note or anything so there goes $500 out of my pocket for a deductible. Having some family issues (drama), that kind of thing. I try to avoid the drama, but the drama finds me... Either way, decided to sit down and do another podcast because it has been too long.
Discussing the matchup against the Ravens the week before last, and last weekends matchup against the Cowboys. Hope you guys enjoy.

Was thinking about doing a Q&A type of Podcast if anyone would be interested in hearing it. If you'd like to have me read and answer a question on the podcast please post one up here in the thread and if I get enough questions I'll do a podcast Q&A.

How about discussing coordinators on the Steelers roster who may be hot commodities for HC jobs?
I can definitely do that. I'll try to do another podcast by the end of this week if I can free up the time.

Talking about the win over the Dolphins, the keys to win versus the Chiefs, and my personal opinion on the arrest of Steelers' LB Coach Joey Porter.

New podcast talking about the Steelers victory over the Chiefs, my thoughts on Antonio Brown leaking Mike Tomlin's post-game locker room speech via social media, and my thoughts on Travis Kelce acting like a complete douchebag during, and after the game. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Agree Kelce was just a little bitch yesterday (the butt hurt is great on this one) Agree Defense needs to get on Brady early and often. If we let him sit back there being untouched he will torch our DBs.
Things to help us control the game: 1. Improved Red Zone offense to 100% on every drive - no FGs, only TDs, no punts 2. Keep Patriots***** WRs in check. There was one play yesterday where Harrison snuck up on Kelce and really checked him at the LOS. That's the shite we need to be doing against the Patriots***** and get them out of rhythm. Disrupt Brady, disrupt timing, disrupt their game 3. Keep their defense on the field, control the clock, Bell must have a big game and keep them tired. I propose a two headed running game on Sunday night. Bell and Williams could certainly put a hurting on the defense. 4. Someone other than Brown is going to have to step up on the WR Corp. I'm looking for The Outlaw Jesse James, Avery (got it right), and Rogers to step up BIGLY in order to keep the Patriots***** off balance 5. Stuff the run, every time they try and run the ball, make em pay for it.

Well put. Let's hope the Steelers can do just that.

I believe we have to intimidate the Patriots*. We do that by punching Brady in the vagina and letting him know we are here for 60 minutes.
If our defense plays like we did against KC last week and our offense plays like we did against them first time we will win.
It's easy. Stop the run, sack Brady often and score TDs when we get in the redzone. If we struggle in the redzone we have to score from outside the zone. That is where I think JJ or Green (please let him clear) can be huge for us.
